Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Compasor, a hosted business-management software platform operated by Compasor ("Compasor", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to any Compasor plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Compasor provides hosted ("Software as a Service") business-management applications, including gym and membership management, delivered on private, dedicated instances. Each subscription plan defines the features, number of users, and billing cycle available to you.

2. Free Trial

Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and billing begins at the price shown for your selected plan at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account without charge.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly recurring basis, depending on the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

4. Your Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of the data you upload to your hosted instance. We act as a processor of that data and will not access it except to provide support or as required by law.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these Terms after reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

Compasor and its underlying software remain the exclusive property of Compasor. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right in the Service to you; you receive only a limited right to use it under an active subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compasor's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Compasor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
